When you use Tajdeed services, we may collect personal information (name, email address, phone number, and national ID for verification); vehicle information (plate number, make, model, year, registration details); booking data (appointment dates, times, branch preferences, payment records); and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information) for platform improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and manage inspection bookings, communicate appointment confirmations, reminders and results, transmit inspection outcomes to the Royal Oman Police system as legally required, improve our services and platform experience, and send service announcements and safety notifications.
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only with the Royal Oman Police (inspection results as legally required), payment processors (Bank Muscat SmartPay for secure payment processing), and notification providers (SMS/email content only, not stored by providers). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Residency & Security
All personal data is stored and processed within the Sultanate of Oman in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 6/2022). We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, secure HTTPS connections and strict access controls.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Inspection records are retained as required by Omani regulations.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data held by us, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of non-essential communications.
